Hello I am Traci Jo Phillips…

UNDONE is born of clear vision, gifting, and testimony of Gods faithfulness!

I am now opening booking consultations for people in the The Wenatchee Valley and beyond who desire to have some of their thoughts and feelings recorded and memorialized. I can facilitate recordings and interviews in person or online. As you will see in the menu, there are three menu options for capturing your expressions and sentiments! As we consult the focus will become clear and you can decide which way we will walk on this journey. After we wrap UNDONE production I will give you all the material for storage. I am even willing to deliver the items as we prearrange, or store until delivery.

I have big vision for the production and believe it will assist with many important times and settings. There is nothing more valuable than spoken words heard and that can never be undone once completed. I am overjoyed to offer this type of work to others for their benefit & blessing! I am bilingual in Spanish and am happy to offer to accommodate other languages upon request.

Love the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and have primarily lived in Washington State. We also own a home in Alaska and share some time in AK also. Wherever I am, I enjoy shooting RAW images for photography and utilizing modern office for videography. I do also embrace the 4 seasons as much as possible. I can film on locations anywhere in our PNW but do prefer gathering your special moments in my recording studio in East Wenatchee.

Offered Services

  • 1-4 letters composed to assist your expression to someone else…
    *We will spend majority of our time interviewing and capturing the essence of your message for your chosen recipients. UNDONE will then summarize for you and I will give you final copies of approved and notarized letter(s).
    Interviewing& Preparing [3 hours]

    Price is set at $50.00 per hour
    Deposit: $200.00.

    Includes:
    Client written signature captured.

  • Digitally recorded final wishes, thoughts, and sentiments on any subject. This is a broad label for such depth of work. After we pre-interview and work up a plan we will finalize rate and contract.

    30-60 minutes digitally edited.

    $50.00 per hour.
    Deposit $250.00.

    Includes: Headshot of Client.

  • A very popular option!!
    Prearranged and customized questions that we will film live being asked and answered for your chosen recipient. Typically, 5-15 questions. Can be a variety of topics and intentional in whom we address. Digitally edited, high quality production and full release of the finished project.

    $50.00 per hour
    $200.00 deposit.

  • I am willing to meet on site at homes, nursing homes, hospital and only add a small fee for the movement of my recording equipment.

    I’m open to discussing out of area travel, just have to be fair to you as a client and fair to my travel time.
